A cozy stay with delightful staff

The staff truly made my stay memorable. Every interaction felt genuine, and their helpfulness turned small challenges into delightful moments. The room was spacious and clean.

However, the refrigerator had inconsistent temperatures, causing some food to freeze unexpectedly. This awkward issue disrupted an otherwise fantastic experience.

Omar at the front desk was incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay enjoyable. The delightful breakfast staff even found me blueberry muffins when they weren't available.

Had a great time during our two-night stay in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The kids loved the outdoor swimming pool and the breakfast options were fantastic, especially the warm pastries. The only downside was we wished for more seating in the breakfast area, but overall, it was a lovely experience! 😊

We loved our stay at the hotel with our four kids and our pet. The staff was incredibly welcoming, assisting us with local attractions like Andretti Thrill Park. Breakfast was delightful, especially thanks to a cheerful cook who went out of her way to find us blueberry muffins.

In my wife’s opinion, having more activities for kids would be a nice touch.

The breakfast choices were excellent, with great variety and taste! The kitchen staff went above and beyond, ensuring we had everything we needed during breakfast. The room's heating and cooling unit was impressively quiet, which is a rare find!

The King Room was clean and comfy. Bed was super inviting and I slept really well. There were no weird smells, and it felt fresh. The towels were soft and the bathroom was decent. The only thing is, it could’ve used a bit more cozy decor, felt a bit plain. But overall, pretty solid for a stay!

The King Room, Non-Smoking offered ample space with a comfortable bed that set my mind at ease after a long travel day. The hotel’s proximity to key attractions made it convenient for exploring right after check-in.

The complimentary WiFi left much to be desired. it frequently dropped out, causing frustration while trying to connect. I found the breakfast offerings underwhelming, lacking variety and quality, which made it hard to fuel up for the day ahead. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the shared areas, particularly the hallways, felt neglected, exhibiting signs of wear that could use immediate attention.

I appreciated the inviting ambiance and well-maintained common areas, which were easily accessible. The staff were attentive, quickly assisting me with my luggage and providing thoughtful recommendations for nearby dining options. It truly felt like a home away from home.

More accessible seating in breakfast area would help.
